After dealing with so many unresponsive contractors, Bill and Chris at The North Face Roofing Company are a total breath of fresh air. They are responsive, professional, and courteous. As for their work, they provide prompt, very high quality work with no corners cut, using the best materials. After an excellent recommendation from a relative, we had them replace our house and detached garage roofs. Both jobs were done promptly and we are extremely happy with the result. They kept us informed every step of the process and never gave us the typical run-around you get with many contractors. We plan to use them for other jobs as well. I am very happy to recommend The North Face Roofing Company to anyone.

I highly recommend Northface! I worked with Chris who was very responsive and courteous. They were supposed to repair my mom's roof, but due to extensive damage, it had to be rebuilt. Chris worked with us to stay within a budget that worked for our family. Very professional and polite. I would definitely use them again if needed. Plus the roof looks amazing! Chris also followed up after the job was finished. Great customer service!

If you're like me and don't know anything about roofing, you need to trust the company you choose to do a good job. Trust is exactly what these guys earned. They are responsive, knowledgeable, on time and do exactly what they say. I wish they did more than roofing but if you need a roof, the Northface Roofing Company is the best.

We had such a great experience working with The Northface Roofing Company. They were by far the most polite and easy to talk to of all the contractors we had come out to do estimates. We didn't feel like they were there to sell us, they just walked us through the process and gave us all the information we needed and after that the decision to go with them was easy. The work they did was great and we've already recommended them to multiple friends.

Best Brimfield Roofing Contractor, definitely recommend checking them out. They done outstanding work on my roof and for an affordable price. Highly recommend this company 10/10!!
