We have only good things to say about Chris and his crew.  They were exceptional from the first phone call until the roof was done.  Chris gave us 3 options to pick from so we could pick what was most affordable and practical for us.  They were here when promised and completed the work within the time frame we discussed. I cannot say enough to express how professional Chris and Bill were from start to finish. They came out to assess the roof in person, which was HUGE. They found issues with the overall construction of my roof that needed fixing, such as a lack of adequate ventilation and a pathway for water to travel between the roof and chimney, that aren't apparent via satallite. This meant my quote was not followed by surprise costs during the process. It also allowed me to discuss remodeling projects coming down the pipe that benefited greatly from their input. They are very detailed oriented, from coordinating the dumpster service to cleaning up and double checking everywhere a nail might have strayed. Chris and Bill are very knowledgeable and professional. They were very thorough from inspection to estimate to completion and clean up. We had our roof replaced and a few vents added. After dealing with so many unresponsive contractors, Bill and Chris at The North Face Roofing Company are a total breath of fresh air. They are responsive, professional, and courteous. As for their work, they provide prompt, very high quality work with no corners cut, using the best materials. After an excellent recommendation from a relative, we had them replace our house and detached garage roofs. Both jobs were done promptly and we are extremely happy with the result. They kept us informed every step of the process and never gave us the typical run-around you get with many contractors. We plan to use them for other jobs as well. I highly recommend Northface! I worked with Chris who was very responsive and courteous. They were supposed to repair my mom’s roof, but due to extensive damage, it had to be rebuilt. Chris worked with us to stay within a budget that worked for our family. Very professional and polite. I would definitely use them again if needed. Plus the roof looks amazing! If you’re like me and don’t know anything about roofing, you need to trust the company you choose to do a good job.  Trust is exactly what these guys earned. We had such a great experience working with The Northface Roofing Company.  They were by far the most polite and easy to talk to of all the contractors we had come out to do estimates.  We didn’t feel like they were there to sell us, they just walked us through the process and gave us all the information we needed and after that the decision to go with them was easy. The work they did was great and we’ve already recommended them to multiple friends.
