At The Northface Roofing Company, owners Bill and Chris have one goal: Making sure that your home or business project experience exceeds your expectations from start to finish.
We don't use sales people.
We personally quote every project, and one of us is on the jobsite to lead our crews from start to finish. We know what it’s like to be burned by contractors or left with sub par work, so we strive for transparency throughout every step of the project.
Bill Herrmann
Bill Herrmann is one of the dedicated owners of The Northface Roofing Co. Born and raised in Cheshire, CT, Bill ventured to Florida for college, where he began his professional journey in the retail industry. It was here that he learned the importance of prioritizing customer care, a value that would shape his future endeavors.
As Bill progressed in his career, he found himself involved in various aspects of store maintenance, renovations, and new construction projects. It was during this time that he forged a strong working relationship and friendship with Chris, a colleague who shared his dedication to excellence.
Seeking to leverage his skills and passion for customer service, Bill transitioned into the residential roofing and home improvement sector. He founded his own company, where he honed his expertise and expanded his range of services. Through dedication and hard work, Bill grew his company into a successful business.
Driven by a desire to focus on his true passion for roofing and siding, Bill made the decision to establish Northface Roofing Co. alongside his longtime friend and colleague, Chris. Together, they combined their professional experience and firsthand knowledge of hiring contractors to create a company committed to unparalleled customer service.
Chris Schwarzenberg
Chris Schwarzenberg is the other proud owner of The Northface Roofing Co., a leading residential roofing and home improvement company serving the Massachusetts area. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Chris brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local community and its unique needs.
With a passion for quality workmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Chris embarked on his professional journey after spending 20 years in management roles. Fueled by a desire to make a positive impact and tired of witnessing contractors taking advantage of people, Chris sought to establish a company that prioritized integrity and transparency above all else.
Drawing on his family’s extensive experience in construction—spanning over 40 years—Chris understands the importance of delivering superior craftsmanship and building lasting relationships with customers. He believes in the philosophy of quality over quantity, ensuring that every project undertaken by Northface Roofing Co. meets the highest standards of excellence.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Chris is a devoted father to his son and enjoys exploring new destinations through travel. His love for adventure and dedication to his craft are evident in everything he does, guiding Northface Roofing Co. towards continued success and distinction in the roofing industry.
Today, The Northface Roofing Company is not only a product of our combined professional experience, but also our experience hiring contractors ourselves.
